Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel.
Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

This is the most satisfactory stay I have ever had while traveling abroad. Breakfast and dinner are included. The hotel faces the sea and has a swimming pool and beach. You can watch the sunrise indoors. This hotel is worth your money for vacation.

Super séjour pendant ce grand week-end de l’ascension ! Accès à la plage vraiment immédiat, et la plage est magnifique. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, réception, resto, femmes de chambre, personnel du bar, équipe d’animation, tout le monde est adorable et a le vrai sens de l’accueil ! Propreté de l’établissement irréprochable. Restauration très variée, c’est au niveau des buffets qu’on voit en France qualitativement mais normal à ce prix. Nous avons essayé le spa et avons passé un très bon moment dans un spa dans son jus mais super typique. Je recommande en bref!

Just returned from yet another fab holiday to iberostar Averroes. This was my 5th visit and wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in Yasmine Hammamet. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, the hotel has fantastic facilities including indoor pool and fantastic outdoor pool with pool bar. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes to cater for everyone even the fussiest of eaters The staff all go out of their way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and each time we are welcomed back with open arms. Can’t wait to return again x

Estuvimos la primera semana de mayo, todo genial, nuestra júnior suite, amplisima y con unas preciosas y amplias vistas al mar. Todo el servicio, animadores, limpieza y recepción se desviven por que nuestra estancia sea perfecta. El hotel está en primera linea de playa, con acceso directo a esta y con tumbonas con sombrilla en ella. También tiene una preciosa piscina exterior y otra interior climatizada. Lo dicho, un hotel muy recomendable con un personal a su altura.

Vous pouvez y’aller les yeux fermés. pour un 4 étoiles c’est très propre. nourriture saine bien cuite ce qui manque du vrai beurre et du pain frais le matin 😂 c’est très calme et puis on peut sortir de l’hôtel sans problème à pied jour comme la nuit .
