L’accueil est très gentil et serviable. La nourriture est super bonne. Les chambres sont conformes au photos. Avec une plage privé super. Les cocktails à la piscine de l’hôtel sont excellents ! Madame Haïfa et ainsi que Nidhal ont été d’une grande aide durant le voyage en nous informant des meilleurs choses à faire sur hammamet.

Mon voyage a été parfait. Nidhal et Haïfa ont été au top et nous ont conseiller pour les activités et tout les bons endroits à visité à Hammamet. Le personnel que ce soit de chambre, à l’accueil, au service de nourriture, de spa ou de bar sont très accueillant. L’hospitalité est parfaite avec des chambres conformes et une nourriture très bonne à l’hôtel nous avons manger que à l’hôtel d’ailleurs.

Très accueillant , les chambres magnifique & très propres .. personnel à l’écoute Responsable clientèle très à l’écoute , disponible , accueillant , serviable .. Repas à la carte qui peut satisfaire tout les goûts , le personnel du restaurant très très réactif & disponible .. Rapport qualité prix très correct Bar à la piscine excellent Spa ( massage super ) Il y a beaucoup de personnes ici qui viennent pour la chirurgie esthétique clinique. Ça se voit les terrains de golf là-bas et tout ça donc il y a tout ce qui est sportif et tout ça donc c’est la meilleure destination de mes C’est bon

We loved that hotel! The food is delicious, many sea food dishes, very beautiful pool area and beach, the rooms are big and cozy with great views! The service was excellent, especially the animation Ramos was so polite, active and fun, made our stay the one to remember!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à saphir palace hôtel magnifique la chambre bien équipée avec une literie très confortable je categoriserais saphir palace comme hôtel de charme trop calme bel endroit .Mme haifa la responsable clientèle très attentive toujours avec le sourire nous félicitons toute l'équipe de saphir palace . Bravo à toute l équipe toujours au petit soin . nourriture répétitive mais bonne jus de fruit frais au petit déjeuner chambre spacieuse et bonne literie propre. le bar de la piscine est super et le barman hyper gentil (comme tout le personnel)un seul bémol :l animateur qui aurait besoin d une formation ,mettre la musique fond alors qu autour de la piscine il y a peu de monde.....
