We stayed here 2 nights, the location is good however yasmine Hammamet is quite in general and really not much to do. The staff on check in was trying to make me pay again even though I had paid online. He was adamant that I should pay again until a customer helped communicate.
Breakfast didn’t have much option and the staff were not helpful.
They only provide 2 little bottles of shampoo so you will have to make sure you bring all your little things. Fridge doesnt work. No iron, no kettle no drinks menu.
Online states checkout is 1:30pm which is incorrect, the cleaner was bashing up on my door at 11:30 trying to kick us out and told us its checkout now and demanded to come in.. we shortly left and asked reception what time checkout was and she said 12:00..
You literally get what you paid for and id rather splash out on a better hotel 👍

an excellent option in a very nice neighborhood. staff were always smiling and ready to help. food was yummy everyday . will always stay here for the quality and price ratio

As soon as we arrived.. the reception was great apart from the entertainment team.. but too bad the receptionist is not cool at all.. plus she doesn't know how to talk with people.. after the evening the dinner was great ordinary and delicious.. compared to the evening, we are a large group of Algerians so we suggested to the team to put on some Kabyle music.. the girl accepts with great kindness but I think that her leader and above all his colleague does not accept this with great racism

very mediocre room, torn blankets and curtain, bath towel for one person for a double room, elevator closed in the evening after midnight it barely deserves a star, fortunately we only spent one night, it's to be forgotten

I am sure this hotel will soon add another star on its rating. we enjoyed a lot of privacy since it wasn't high season, so we had the heated indoor pool for ourselves. we were even granted some extra wishes for our meals and also offered services to organize our day trips on our own instead of only being sold to guided tours
