The Mirage Resort & SPA

A wonderful Hotel with a lot of Historical staling. The staff are very attentive and pay special attention to all facets of the hotel . From the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the barmen. All extremely professional and helpful. The grounds are very clean and the pools and pool areas very clean and catered to .

The hotel experience has been absolutely outstanding. The entrance to the hotel is luxurious and stunning. Lobby staff were welcoming even though we got in around 2am. Our bungalow was impeccable. The cleaners have done a remarkable job each day. The main restaurant has been a wonderful experience, waiting staff have remembered our names, favourite seating area and drink choices. They have been accommodating to the needs of our family. The swimming pool area has loungers spread out so no one is on top of each other. The water is clean, loungers clean, no long ques at the bar either. The views from the hotel are breath taking. The beach is a short stroll away and absolutely huge. We placed our child in the kids club, this was our first experience of placing our child in kids club. Hana was incredibly kind, friendly, warm, supportive and encouraging. She has kept us updated each day with regular videos and photos. Hana will also take a stroll with the children through the resort so they can say hello to their families. This really helped not only ease our anxieties but also our child's. The kids club activities have been a range of competitions, sporting activities, arts and crafts and Master Chef to name a few. Our child has made friends at the kids club and we have already exchanged numbers. I would most definitely recommend the kids club especially Hana. The evening entertainment has been fantastic. Each evening their is a different show with different themes to engage the entire family. We would definitely recommend this resort to not only families but couples too. We look forward to coming back very soon.

Do not go if you are English, we were abused, ridiculed and had our drinks spiked by the staff. Love holidays refused to listen to our grievance. If you are French it would be great, the place is beautiful, the food is OK, animation team are horrific

Fantastic resort, very friendly people excellent service. We are made very welcome, all staff were very attentive. The children’s club was excellent and Hana was a brilliant leader for the kids. The restaurant was 5 star quality. Would definitely recommend and re-visit.

My spouse and I had a very nice experience as one week guests at the hotel. Services were great, the entire personnel responding promptlyto any questionsordemands. Rooms were always kept clean and with anything at our disposal when needed. Food was very good, variate, tasty and covered any type of wishes people might had. Not forgetting the personnel, that was always polite, helpful and courteous. Their behaviour made us feel welcomed and guests all the time. The entertainment team offered us the best activities, every single day and all over the day, stating with sports and ending with games and good performances. Noticed that the children had their own entertainment every day and they were pleased. We gladly recommend the hotel to others.
