Très bel hôtel piscine magnifique Personnel agréable et efficace Repas variés et goûteux Nous avons regretté cependant le manque d animation et un bar vide dans les chambres ( même pas de l eau ) La période de ramadan ne devrait pas être imposé aux touristes

Beautiful hotel. lovely garden and outdoor pool. Spa facilities was amazing. Indoor pool warm and relaxing. Delicious food every day with lots of variation. Friendly staff especially the waiters. Close to beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and return.

L’hôtel est beau, le personnel est serviable et bienveillant. Les espaces communs et Les chambres sont propres, par contre le buffet n’est pas varié très modeste et répétitif. Le point positif: administration reactive aux reclamations.

Mon expérience à cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevante et insatisfaisante à bien des égards. Tout d'abord, la propreté laisse à désirer avec des installations sales et des canalisations souvent bouchées, ce qui rend l'hygiène globale douteuse. De plus, l'absence d'eau chaude et la baignoire qui refuse de se vider sont des inconvénients majeurs, rendant les conditions de séjour inconfortables. La vitre qui ne se ferme pas compromet également la sécurité et l'intimité des clients. Le buffet, présenté comme une option culinaire variée, est en réalité répétitif et monotone, ne proposant aucun changement significatif. De plus, le room service est pratiquement inexistant, ce qui rend difficile la satisfaction des besoins des clients. La piscine intérieure, censée être chauffée, dégage une odeur nauséabonde, ce qui compromet grandement l'expérience de détente. Par ailleurs, les problèmes techniques comme les bugs fréquents sur les chaînes françaises sont inacceptables dans un établissement de cette prétendue catégorie. Enfin, l'eau de l'hôtel sent le croupi, ajoutant une couche supplémentaire de mécontentement à une expérience déjà très décevante. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel est loin de mériter ses 5 étoiles et est entouré de nombreuses arnaques, ce qui rend difficile de recommander cet établissement à quiconque recherche une expérience agréable et confortable.

The hotel was good, special shout to Hannah and Ninhno. The manager and workers were nice, some were rude. The staff who manage entertainment were amazing and deserve a raise. The room was decent but bring extra extra clothing and blankets as it gets very cold in there
