Otele ilk girdiğimizde biraz önyargılı girdik.Daha sonra zaman ilerledikçe memnuniyetimiz arttı.Pahalı tesislerle kıyaslamayıp ödediğiniz uygun sayılabilecek paranın tam karşılığını alıyorsunuz bence.Konumu çok güzel,havuz yeterli,deniz güzel,odalar eski ama bakımlı ve temiz,yemek meze tatlı çeşitleri az ama lezzetli,gün boyu snack ikramlar güzel asla aç kalmazsınız.İçecekler kaliteli,personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Özellikle ana restoranda Selim Elban ve plaj restoranındaki kubilay kardeşime ilgi alaka ve güler yüzlü hizmetlerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.Kısacası fiyat performans tesisi diyebilirim.Birdaha gidermiyim;eğer tatil için ayırdığım bütçe çok fazla değilse kesin giderim.Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Het hotel was goed, het personeel met name het animatie team en het barpersoneel is geweldig! Het eten was goed, alleen was er weinig variatie. Er waren in ons blok helaas maar 2 liften (voor max 4 personen) waar de wachttijd soms erg lang was. De zwembaden waren prima en er was genoeg te doen qua animatie. De zee, de bazaar en het winkelcentrum zijn op loopafstand dus de ligging is perfect.

Very very good animation team. Very good hotel. The best place for vacancy with family and friends. Very much plays end funny emotions.The hotel location is really good and so close to Avm Center and centrum.Just gym center is really old . But we love this placeee

I stayed at Batihan for 4 nights with family. It is an average resort and I would not go there again. I had booked an all inclusive holiday via Easyjet. - We check in late at night. only soup and dry bread was available after kitchen closes. - Food was very average (for vegetarian) and we went out to eat few times - Cocktails were not good. I tried 2 and could not even finish. - Entertainment team needs to be more enthusiastic and need to add more activities. Evening entertainment starts very late at 9.30 pm - the resort website says you can have dinner in Sunset a-la-carte restaurant once if you stay 4 nights or more. When I tried to book the reception staff said you need to stay 7 nights or more. - Staff don’t speak much English so difficult to communicate. No hotel maps, directions or Tourist Info etc. was provided - Room was good. Good size and had a nice pool & sea view. -Large selection of Cold salads and dips. Dessert selection was also good. Although it gets repetitive after 2 meals -Variety of breads for breakfast. -I used the spa for Turkish hammam and massage and it was good. (Charged extra) - there is a shopping mall nearby and has some nice eateries - there is a bus stop right opposite the resort where you get the bus to town centre and marina which has a nice vibe

I come this hotel sinne 10 years we love here food is good drink good cleaning good animation team really good they have many activity also they have night show also every night different show they give us good time here but WiFi not good plase fix it thank you for good holiday
