The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all! Dark rooms with narrow loophole windows. Old renovation and terrible plumbing, cheap cosmetics, like in 3* hotels. WiFi didn't work at all. At the reception they said that this was a problem with our phones - with all of us (there were 13 of us!). At the same time, in other cities and hotels, at the very least, it worked for everyone. The worst thing is the breakfast. Poor assortment, everything runs out quickly. If you don’t come up and show empty trays of food, no one will move. There is a coffee machine, but the coffee is powder, not grain. Rare disgusting! There are no fruits at all - and that’s 5 stars! 🤦♀️ We were not allowed to be in the lobby without headscarves. This is the first time in our entire trip to Iran that we were required to observe the hijab inside the hotel.
