Отдыхали парой. Номер 107, 26-27 ноября 2022. Номер просторный, чистый. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак вкусный , но идти по морозу -20 7 минут пешком. Теперь самое главное , не было холодной воды. Умывались кипятком , что из душа, что из раковины кипяток. Просили сменить номер , сказали нет свободных. Плюс мы отдыхали парой и бронировали двухместную кровать. А дали две одноместных и их сдвинули. В итоге там доски посередине , постоянно ударялись об них и не могли нормально спать. Сняли отель побыть вдвоём , романтика, в итоге не выспались и не смогли сходить в душ!!!!

Отель очень хороший. Доброжелательный, вежливый персонал. Вкусные и сытные завтраки, обеды. Номера просторные. Все необходимое есть. Расположение отеля очень удобное в центре города, но при этом в отеле очень Тихо.! Никакого шума.

«+» Hotel’s location, which is in the city center next to a lot of shops, restaurants and sightseeings. Great room size (I booked a Superior Double Room), which is very big (it is like a one bedroom apartment). Very reasonable price (I payed 8000 Rub for 3 nights). Nice looking hotel lobby. «-» Kind of rude and unfriendly front desk staff. Craziness with towels! Strictly 3 towels per person are allowed (a small one, a medium one and a big one). If you want to get new towels, you have to exchange used one for fresh one. So cheap!!! Outdated and not “fresh” looking room. Uncomfortably bad. Super tiny bathroom with extremely small shower cabin (it barely fit me). Very bad bathroom amenities. Slow Wi-Fi.

Очень приятный, добрый и вежливый персонал. Создается приятное впечатление об отеле. Номер большой, есть всё необходимое: мыльные принадлежности, зубной набор, в номере есть кондиционер, мини-бар. Кровать большая, подушки удобные.

Из минусов - в описании номера указан сейф, по факту его не было, так как приходилось либо носить рабочие ноуты с собой, либо оставлять на ресепшн, но для этого нужно было составлять акт. Двуспальная кровать - это две односпальные, приставленные друг к другу, то есть между ними деревянный бортик, спать было не очень удобно. Из плюсов - очень гостеприимный персонал, в номере чисто, завтраки достаточно вкусные и сытные, хоть и однообразные.
