該酒店位置挺好的，大廳很小，酒店旁邊有個爛尾樓似乎有點影響美觀。前台和餐廳服務員似乎很多是兼職大學生，非常年輕，英語口語很好，但是在酒店服務這塊不是特別專業，親和力不夠，處理突發狀況有點慢而且不靈活。
餐廳的早餐品種豐富。有新鮮水果，屬於常規的本地早餐，幾乎每天的早餐都是一樣那幾樣。
房間內部和國內的連鎖酒店差不多，走道等很普通，感覺不像四星級。總體還可以吧。

Великолепный отель,уютные номера,комфорт, отличный интерьер, высококвалифицированные сотрудники служб бронирования и приема и размещения, индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю, тактичность, вежливость, высокая культура обслуживания. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудниц службы приема и размещения Аллу и Елизавету за отличное исполнение своих служебных обязанностей. Прошу руководство поощрить сотрудниц материально. Они лучшие в России. Кроме этого также хочется сказать слова благодарности генеральному менеджеру отеля за отличную организацию работы отеля и профессионально подобранный персонал, за создание уюта и комфорта для гостей и жителей Екатеринбурга, заботу о каждом госте. Желаю отелю получения пятой звезды, полной наполняеиости, сотрудникам-всего наилучшего, руководству финансовой стабильности и успехов в гостиничном бизнесе. С уважением
