Великолепный отель,уютные номера,комфорт, отличный интерьер, высококвалифицированные сотрудники служб бронирования и приема и размещения, индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю, тактичность, вежливость, высокая культура обслуживания. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудниц службы приема и размещения Аллу и Елизавету за отличное исполнение своих служебных обязанностей. Прошу руководство поощрить сотрудниц материально. Они лучшие в России.
