房間倒是夠大的服務也很好，不像宣傳圖片那麼高級感。總體酒店還是不錯的。可能葉卡捷琳堡酒店這也是比較好的了。

06/13/21 It is impossible to have breakfast in the morning because all the tables are full of dirty dishes and they don't have time to clean them! Then they just took a plate of food from the girl sitting at the table. They didn't even ask them if it was okay. The man still ate, just got up to drink water and came back with no plate of food! Since the kitchen has been dismantled, it is impossible to eat more food!

Отель был забронирован мной дважды через приложение (подтверждение пришло только на одно из бронирований, поэтому получилось, что на мне 2 комнаты). Стаф отеля отказался помочь и отменить второе ошибочное бронирование. Так мне обошлась ночь в отеле в 40 тысяч (с меня взяли за проживание в двух номерах двух взрослых, получается заплатила за 4х взрослых с завтраками - безумие! Жила одна btw) без завтраков и хоть грамма помощи. Помимо этого помощи в переносе моих чемоданов из такси также не было. 4 раза жила в этом отеле - сегодня уж точно с меня хватит, не вернусь и никому не советую.
