Были компанией друзей в апартаментах на ул. Красноуральская, все очень понравилось! Во первых изначально Вас встречает прекрасная Людмила, просто отдельный лайк этой женщине! Очень удобное расположение студий, хорошие кровати, все чисто, есть место где посидеть всем вместе за столом. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернемся!

Очень понравилось. Атмосфера, персонал. Чисто, эстетично, просторные номера. Вежливый и услужливый персонал. В нашем номере на двоих с двухспальной кроватью: шампунь, гель для душа, шапочки для душа, фен. Три маленьких полотенца, одно для ног. Зубных щеток нет, халата нет. Вода в общем коридоре в кулере. Есть чашечки, чай и кофе. Телевизор, сейф.

Отвратительно! Сначала отказались заселять, мотивируя тем, что ребенок без документа. Почему не предупредили? Не смогли ответить, заселили. Мини бар в номере пустой, нет ничего вообще. В подоконнике бычки от сигарет. Ковровое покрытие в пятнах. Решили съезжать с этого ада раньше, так нам не смогли сделать возврат. 3 часа мы слушали песни ресепшена о том что они "не располагают информацией". Спустя 3 часа все таки сделали возврат, только прошло несколько дней, а деньги так и не вернулись. Заботы о госте нет, попросили дополнительный стул - нет стульев. Ну вот как может не быть стульев в отеле? И фраза от Елены на ресепшене "у меня и без вас дел много!" И давайте посчитаем вместе. Ранний заезд + поздний выезд = 4000₽ Номер сутки + 4000₽ =8000 Почему к возврату 1500, а не 2000?
