Не первый раз здесь останавливаюсь. В целом отель старенький, но сервис старался сделать все чтобы это скрасить.
На этот раз дали номер на 8 этаже(в прошлом году там было закрыто на ремонт) поэтому номер был хорош и вытяжка не шумела. В прошлые поездки мне всегда ребенку ставили раскладушку бесплатно, в этот раз 1000₽.
Значительно подняли цены на завтрак, теперь семья с ребенком должна заплатить 2500 (раньше 1500), при этом завтрак проходит в малом зале, который с трудом тянул на старую цену. И это притом что стоимость отеля без завтрака стала выше, чем в прошлом году с завтраком.
В прошлый раз мне разрешили на период отпуска авто оставить на территории бесплатно, что было очень удобно, ТК я брал отель перед вылетом из екб и после прибытия. В этот раз попросили за это цену в районе Р2 в аэропорту.
В моем представлении уровень клиентоориентированности в этом плане стал несколько ниже. Семён на рецепшене старался как мог, а вот в руководстве, как мне кажется произошли негативные изменения.

Очень понравилось. Архитектура здания класс. Конферансье, вежливый персонал, шведский стол очень разнообразный, парковка просторная. Номера чистые, уютные. Два просторных лифта со стеклянными стенами, при подъёме открывается прекрасная смотровая зона.

Доброго дня, не рекомендую отель к заселению. Заехала, чтобы отдохнуть, чего сделать не удалось. 4 раза пришлось спускаться туда-сюда с 7 этажа, так как не работала ключ-карта. Над моим номером велись ремонтные работы, о чем меня не предупредили и пришлось весь вечер слушать "любимый стук- и сверло-трек" и закидываться обезболивающим от головы. На мое возражение, мне просто сказали "вам должны были сообщить при заселении" и все. Клиентоориентированность просто на "высшем" уровне.

Второй рас останавливаюсь в Атриуме, будучи в командировке. Хочется отметить вкусные разнообразные завтраки и чистоту номеров. Но что особенно приятно, так это внимательность сотрудников) так получилось, что с командировкой совпал мой День Рождения, и было безумно приятно найти вечером по возвращению в номер пирожнику и поздравления ❤️ Это и есть клиентоориентированность)

Потрясающий отель! Удобное расположение. Останавливалась по работе, заселили в номер возле лифта , попросила поменять подальше и заменили на Люкс. Нигде не встречала такого отзывчивого отношения! Персонал очень вежливый, не навязчивый. Завтраки разнообразные, очень вкусные, уборка каждый день, номер чистый, все просьбы учитываются мгновенно. Твердая пятерка+. И еще сам отель очень красивый! С удовольствием приеду еще .
