Konum olarak çok iyi bir konumda Urla sanat sokağının tam ortasında. Çok tatlı bir butik otel çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Tüm eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın sadece bu yakınlık biraz ses sorunu yaratıyor onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Otelin altında bulunan mekanın kokteyl ve kahveleride oldukça başarılı.

Öncelikle otel odasının ets sitesinde satılan fotoğraflarla ilgisi yoktu.25 m2 aldığım deluxe oda yerine 6-7 m2 bir odada konakladım.Yani odanın deluxe bir odayla uzaktan yakından alakası yoktu.Standart oda bile değil.Kesinlikle ekonomik oda diye geçen bir oda tipiydi. Çok dar ,zemin katta,merdiven dibinde,yukarıdan sürekli su sesi gelen bir odaydı.Odadaki tel resepsiyona bağlanmıyordu.Abajurun ampülü yoktu.Televizyon çalışmıyordu bozuktu.Odada kıyafet koymaya küçük bir dolap bile yoktu.Yerler oda özelliklerinde bahsedildiği gibi parke değildi.Kasa,çalışma masası ve koltuk yoktu..Oda duvarının bir tanesi o kadar kirliydi ki boyanması gerekiyordu.Böyle bir odayı otel müşterisine vermeye insan utanır.Banyonun kapısının kolu yoktu kapanmıyordu.Bütün gece tuvaletten koku geldi.Yan taraftaki bardan gelen müzik sesi o kadar şiddetli ki pencereler titriyordu. Tek iyi yanı çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazikti.Ve otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra valizimin otelde kalmasına müsaade ettiler.Ve beni taksiye kadar uğurladılar . Ama yine de Hayatımın en kötü otel deneyimiydi.Kesinlikle tavsiye e**iyorum.

Otel tatli, sanat sokaginin ortasinda. Her yer cok yakin ancak araba ile otele yaklasilamiyor. Sanat sokaginin ortasinda olmasi ile birlikte gece ses sorunu da oluyor haliyle. Yan mekan Avlu isimli bir canli muzik/parti mekani. Erken yataga girenler icin bu oteli onermem :) gece sarhos insanlarin sokakta bagirmalarini da yataginizin konforundan duyabilirsiniz. Irikara isimli odada ortak alana acilan bir cam var. onunu bir dolap ile kapa**islar ancak ortak alanin isigi yataginizda yatarken gozunuze giriyor. Ah bir de, kahvaltilarin googledaki vs fotograflarla alakali olmamasi konusu var kahvaltiyi ekte iletiyorum. Gercegi budur. Ama otel temiz, orada sorun yok.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Sanat sokağındaki dükkan ve cafeler için ideal, ama yaya bölgesinde olduğu için biraz yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Restore edilmiş eski bir bina olması beni cezbetti. Buna rağmen odanın banyosu, duşu modern ve iyi durumdaydı. Yalnız resepsiyon çalışanları iletişim kurma konusunda daha profesyonel ve net olabilirdi.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all it took me two days to get through to the hotel as they never answer the phone or their messages. The hotel may be in a prime location as it is on the art street but it is right next to a bar with live music and it is as if there is a concert in your bedroom until after midnight. The room has air conditioning but the ceilings are high and the air conditioning is located in a bad position on the ceiling so you can’t feel it at all. It was absolutely freezing all night. The staff at the hotel are not very attentive. We asked for toilet paper they said they would put it in our room but never did. The staff (girl with short black hair) was also smoking close to us while we were having breakfast. Breakfast was a pre-prepared plate of cheese, tomato, cucumber, turkey (probably the previous day) because it was wrapped up in the fridge) we also got a cold boiled egg and some spreads. You have to call someone to open the main hotel door (most of the time). The wifi is really bad. The hotel was really expensive considering all of these and was not worth what we paid. We couldn’t wait to check out.

Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel. Sanat sokağında 1-2 gece geçirmek isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Otelden çok eski bir konakta kalıyormuşsunuz hissi yaratıyor ki bence bu da oldukça hoşumuza gitti.
Ancak 1,83m boyum olmasına rağmen yatağa sığmakta biraz zorlandım. Yatakları biraz büyütebilirler. Onun harici herşey güzeldi. Yetkililere teşekkür ederiz.

Otel Sanat Sokak'ta oldukça merkezi konumda ancak otelin işle**esi son derece amatörce yönetiliyor. 2-3 gencin işle**eye çalıştığı, kendi aralarında konuşma seviyesinin oldukça düşük olduğu ve bunu misafirlere de yansıttığı ancak bunun farkında bile olmadıkları bir ortam var. Otel bakımsız, odalar bakımsız. Kahvaltı ve kahvaltı verilen ortam çok özensiz. Kalitesiz. Keyif alarak konaklama yapabileceğiniz bir yer değil. 2 gece kalmama rağmen oda günlük kontrol edilmiyor ve temizlenmiyor. Çevre işle**elerden ciddi anlamda gürültü geliyor. Odanın içindeymiş gibi hissediyorsunuz.
