Very close to those city tourist attractions, such as legislature or museum. Free shuttle bus service from and to airport.

The hotel location is well, we like the view from our room window. We can see the sunset from the room. The staff are politely, only hotel restaurant area may not fit enough table as we wanted to having dinner but the staff told us we had to book, and then ask us go to bar and lodge area to have our dinner, this was quite not happy experience.

Hotel is very popular. Many tourists picked this hotel as the room is big and very comfortable bed. Service is good. Housekeeping is great!

The hotel doesn't provide slippers, and you have to buy your own drinking water. Some staff members don't clean thoroughly enough.

Front desk staffs are mostly very nice, helpful and efficient. But clean up room is so so especially vacunm floor, Hairs and dusk are still on floor after room cleaning

Hotel is one of the top 2 in town. But only 1 of 3 elevators are in service apparently due to some freak accident 2 months ago.
Service quality is a bit to be desired but mindful of Yellowknife having a small population and Feb during the peak season, this is "understandable"
Restaurant dinner food was good and our waitress was super friendly.
