【問題】連着兩次關上門後出去玩，回來後門是打開的狀態。查看監控發現門無故自己打開，此前工作人員並無任何相關提示，並稱首次遇到該情況
【處理方式】
相互推諉並試圖甩鍋給客人。
前台説找經理，我們打電話給經理要求當面解釋，經理一口咬定沒有東西丟失，拒絕承擔責任，拒絕到場，自信發言自己經驗豐富，管理過十幾家酒店，咬定是我們不會關門，原話是“u didnt close the door properly”😅😅😅😅
———首先，如果【把門把手拉上，讓鎖舌進入鎖槽，聽到咯噠一聲】不是正確的關門方式，我真是無話可説
———其次，烙鐵你經營了這麼多酒店，怎麼第一反應是罵客人不會關門，是不是太傲慢了
———再者，就算退半個地球，你這破門需要特殊關照，你既沒有給我們任何提示，也沒有因為給我們一間不好的房間為我們更換房間或給予相應賠償，你衹是一口咬定“你們沒丟東西，卡什很安全沒人偷東西”。寫到這裏我都想笑了，你知道你這是一家住着來自世界各地旅客的酒店對吧？如果你認為身處異國他鄉的單身女性房門自己打開是一件安全的事情，希望你以後住的每一個酒店都有問題
【總結】房間有問題，安全無保障，經理傲慢無擔當，建議避雷。卡什還有很多好民宿好酒店
