우선, 다른분들 리뷰처럼 저도 크게 다르진 않지만
그래도 저는 평일예약으로 갔던지라 객실 이용요금은 그리 비싸지 않았습니다. 리뷰 귀찮아서 올리지 않는 편인데 조금 더 개선했으면 하는 마음에 리뷰 남깁니다.
객실: 침구류는 깨끗했고 무엇보다 스마트 체크인 아웃 이라 편리했습니다. 다만 , 욕실에 물 때와 곰팡이가 심했습니다. 아이들과도 방문하시는 투숙객들이 많을텐데 눈에 보이는 청결은 관리 해주셨으면 합니다.
부대시설 :워터파크는 성인 평일 기준 할인요금 29000원 인데 어른들이 충분히 놀 수 있는 공간이 전혀없습니다 . SNS업로드용 으로 사진찍고 나오면 그만이라 가격대비 너무 아쉬웠네요..
이외에 만카이 라는 이자카야는 음식가격이 많이 비싸더라구여
맥주소주8천원에 음식퀄도 좀 아까웠습니다….
전반적으로 나쁘진 않았지만, 이 가격에 부대시설 비용까지 지불하면서 즐기는 여행이라기엔 많이 아쉽습니다.

곳곳에 곰팡이 찌꺼기.. 동남야 뷰만 보고 갔어요…
뷰빼고는 0점입니다.
규모에 비해 곳곳에 직원들도 많이 없고
샤워장에 청소하시는분 상주도 안해요.
하수구가 막혀 전체 샤워기밑 발목까지 물찬채로 씻었네요.
샤워하다 갑자기 차가운물만 나와서 사람들 다 소리지르고 아기들, 저희딸도 추워서 떨며 대충 찬물샤워하고 나왔더니 또 수건이 없네요? 옷입고왓더니 전기가 내려가 드라이기가 다 안됩니다? 화나서 벽보니 직원상주 안한다고 불편사항 있음 전화달래서 전화하니 조치가 없어요…
다시는 가고싶지않아요…
물도 진짜 더럽구 냄새납니다.
위생관리라고는 1도 안해요

It seemed like a place for Instagram. It seems like they only focused on a place that would take good pictures.
The basic services that a hotel should have seemed to be lacking. First of all, it looks like there is a huge shortage of required manpower, and I can't shake the feeling that they are neglecting detailed management in an effort to cut costs. The cushions on the fabric sofa in the room were off, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. There was no cabinet to store clothes, and it would be nice to have a sink even if you didn't cook, but it was inconvenient because there wasn't one.
My opinion is that this resort is just a “good enough” resort.
