급작스러운 여행이라 룸은 고려하지않고 가성비로 선택 했어요.발코니에서 바라 본 뷰가 너무 좋았어요.
하루저녁 잠자기용으론 좋았어요.
객실에 비해 엘레베이터가 너무 협소하네요.
체크아웃 하면서 엘레베이터로 직원이 무례하게 대해서 너무 불쾌했어요. 교육 부족인가 싶습니다.

조식을 어떻게 선짝순으로 하는지 조식식시간은 해놓고 시간이 의미 없음~~~비온다고 손님이 많다고~~~문제입니다
그리고 사우나 시설이 없음 풀장은 있는데~~~사우나가 없어 안타까움~~~~~~

부모님과함ㄲㅔ좋은시간보냇어요 아쿠아리움도 케이블카타는곳도 숙소에서 가깝고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋아요~^^

예약했던 디럭스 오션 더블룸 일부가 pc 있는 방으로 리뉴얼 되었다고 그 방을 주셨는데 쓰지도 않는 pc가 두대나 방 한칸을 답답하게 차지하고 있어서 전화로 원래 예약했던 방으로 바꿔달라 했더니 안된다고 하셔서 취소하고 다른데 가려고 프론트가서 다시 한번 방 교체가 안되는거냐 여쭤보니 그제서야 다른 방 키를 주시더라구요 ? 기분이 좀 별로였지만 참고 바꿔주신 방으로 갔는데 생각했던 뷰보다 너무 별로였고 화장실 유리 가림막 ? 얼룩과 모텔 냄새 때문에 있기 힘들었어요.. 결국 그 방도 들어가자마자 나와서 100프로 환불 수수료 물고 다른 리조트로 옮겼네요.. 룸 컨디션,서비스 때문에 다신 안갈거 같아요

2박했는데 2번째날은 클리닝을 말안해도 해줘서 좋았어요.
다만, 에어컨을 너무 세게틀어놔서 춥더라구요ㅠ
어메니티도 없어 평점을 낮추었어요.
