Because it was a sudden trip, I chose cost-effectiveness without considering the room. The view from the balcony was very nice.
It was good for sleeping one night.
The elevator is too small compared to the room.
I was very uncomfortable with the staff being rude in the elevator while checking out. I think it's a lack of education.

I had a great time with my parents. The aquarium and cable car ride are close to the accommodation, and the facilities are clean and nice~^^

They told me that part of the deluxe ocean double room I had booked had been renewed as a room with a PC, so they gave me that room, but there were two unused PCs taking up one room, so I called and asked to change to the room I originally reserved, but they said no, so I canceled it and went to the front desk to go somewhere else. I went and asked again if I couldn't change rooms, and only then did they give me the key to another room? I felt a bit bad, but I persevered and went to the room they changed me to, but the view was much worse than I expected and there was a glass screen in the bathroom? It was difficult to stay in the room because of the stains and motel smell. In the end, I left that room as soon as I entered and had to pay a 100% refund fee and moved to another resort. I don't think I will go again because of the room condition and service.

I stayed for 2 nights, and it was nice that cleaning was done on the second day without me having to ask.
However, it was cold because the air conditioner was turned on too hard.
I lowered the rating because there were no amenities.
