수영당도 매우 만족스러웠음
프론트 직원들은 어리고 어수룩했으나, 객실 청소 직원들은 눈마주치면 웃으며 인사해주는 등 매우 친절했음

바다뷰의 아주 전망이 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 제가 방문했던 여수의 어느 숙박시설보다 월등히 좋은것 같습니다. 다음에 또 방문하려고 합니다.

예약한 룸이 아니였는데 호텔측 잘못이 아니라해도 대응이 좋지 않았음. 예약사이트와 전화도 해본다하지만 고객이 먼저 알아보고 처리하였고 기다리는 시간도 아까웠음. 체크인부터 좋지 않은 기분이 들었음.

몇번 투숙했는데 레지던스는 처음이었습니다. 조리기구는 보이나 취사는 어려울것같구요. 일반룸보다 테이블 하나 있는정도 입니다. 욕실 화장실 분리 되어있는것도 장점. 다만 욕실 청결은 조금 부족합니다.
