Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dolsan Yeosu

I was assigned a room on the 20th floor, but the view wasn't that good so I was a little disappointed... The zipline ride on the hotel rooftop seems very popular, but due to schedule constraints, it was postponed to a later date.

무엇보다 호텔옥상에 설치된 집라인 엑티비티는 너무나 새롭고 신기한 액티비티였습니다. 자녀들이 엄청 즐거워했습니다. 투숙객에게 제공된 요트 1+1 티켓 구입하여 여수 밤바다를 제대로 즐기며 멋진 사진 많이 찍었어요.

깔끔하고 침대도 좋음 호텔 내 여러 편의 시설들이 많아서 편함 경치도 좋고 차가 있다면 근방에 구경하면 좋을듯 직원 친절함

만족합니다 좋은여행이었어오ㅡ 만족합니다. 돌산에 있어서 더 새롭고 즐거운 경험이었던거 같아요 너무좋았습ㄴㆍ다.

여수 여행하며 2박을 이용했으며 위치는 주 관광포인트들과 거리는 좀 있는 편이였으나 무료셔틀(이용은 안해봄)도 운영하시는거 같고 택시 이용에 어려움은 없는 위치라 크게 상관하지 않았습니다. 이용하던 객실에 작은 문제가 발생해 시설팀 직원분이 올라오셔 친절히 마무리해 주시는 등 직원분들은 친절하셨습니다. 다만 객실 청소상태는 좀.... 어차피 “사용에 불편하지 않으면 된다”라 화장실 거울 얼룩이나 테이블 덜 닦인여 있는 등은 상관없었는데 객실 구석에서 남자속옷이 있는것은 너무 놀랬었습니다.

예약대신 해드렸었는데 어르신분들이라 침대로 받을수있냐고 여쭤봤더니 최대한 침재로묵을수있게 안내를 잘해주셨어요 나중에 들은이야기인데 침대로해주신것도정말 감사한데 오션뷰로 해주셨더라구요 정말감사합니다

I stayed in an ondol room for a total of 4 nights! It was enough to accommodate 4 adults, so we had a great time with our family! Even though it was a 4 star hotel, the price was very reasonable so it was a really good value hotel. The location is right next to the sea, and you can see a great view of Yeosu from the 19th and 24th floors, so you don't even need to go to the observatory haha!! There is a large grocery store nearby, a convenience store on the first floor, and quite a few restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to worry about eating. And there is a Yeosu marine zipline on the 24th floor of the hotel, so I was able to comfortably ride the zipline early in the morning! (There is also a discount for staying guests) However, the only disappointing thing is that the transportation is not that good, so I always had to rent a car or take a taxi, and there was only one microwave in the hotel on the 6th floor, which was a bit disappointing. Other than these two things, I was satisfied with everything, so this is a hotel I would like to use again when I come to Yeosu in the future! I really recommend it for family and couple travel!
