It was the best. I think Sono Calm is the best in Yeosu. The gym is well equipped and the sauna is excellent. A real sauna is a must. The interior facilities are also very good. The sound is not too loud, and it is very good. There's a convenience store inside, and it's close to Odongdo Island, so it's good to take a walk. It's not too far to go around. Above all, it's close to the Expo Station, so it's really convenient. The view is also great. Totally recommended!

A staycation that my wife has been talking about constantly. I went there with my baby. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because it was a recently opened hotel and so I could use the swimming pool with my baby. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was satisfactory. The swimming pool was nice because it had a children's pool (40cm), and the middle pool was even better because it had warm water. However, the cost of the swimming pool is too expensive. It's a bit disappointing that the cost is high depending on the number of guests staying. I ate enough breakfast to last an hour. ^^

Unlimited draft beer in the lounge until 24 hours is also a huge hit! Instead of selling snacks separately, you can prepare them yourself! I read a book in the convenience facility on the second floor, lay down on the comfortable sofa, and fell asleep for 3 hours without even realizing it. I was so tired because I was on a business trip, so I fell asleep on the sofa. The scissors were pressed, but I do that so often haha. I would highly recommend it to people traveling to Yeosu. I couldn't sleep because of the strange rattling sound all night long. It made noise all night long until 8 o'clock. There was no sound for a while around 8 o'clock, and then it started again... It's room 303. I don't know about the other rooms. Maybe because I got it for a cheap price through a website, but I feel bad because I feel like I was given a room that really doesn't go out. I have to drive for 6 hours and I can't sleep, so it's a big problem...

It was the same as the picture. Just the duplex is a bit low, so be careful not to hit your head. It was a new building, so it smelled a little like a new house, and there was a turtle boat park around, so it was perfect for morning exercise.

We stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that it’s all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well.
