Забронировали с товарищем номер в этом месте, на второй день проживания после визита уборщицы пропали деньги из кошелька который лежал в рюкзаке. Сообщили администратору, приехал "управляющий" который вопрос по существу не разрешил, повторяет как мантру, что он знает своих сотрудников (земляков) и уверен в них на 100%, а туристы негодяи, часто делают подобные заявления, и не ведут счет своим деньгам. В номере грязный пол (к слову сказать техперсонал кроме кражи в номере ничего полезного не сделал). Постельное бельё старое и в пятнах. За окном стройка, постоянный шум. Присутствует бесполезная мини-кухня, но ни приборов, ни тарелок, ни стаканов в номере нет. Обходите стороной этот притон.

I take a room for 3 night. It's a very quiet place in City center. English/russian speech management. Room is clean, air conditioner work well, bathroom is ok! Wifi on first floor work fine! There a small kitchen with a pot, 1 cup and paar dish. Its ok for tea/coffe, or make oatmeal in cup. Near a hotel are many caffe, by example Tawouk (39 Yeznik Koghbatsi St, Yerevan) - good place, good English-speech personal. for my ask manager take me a material living document with a hotel stamp. I recommended! ========= Останавлвался на 3 ночи. Центр и очень тихо (отель во дворе жилого дома). Англо-русско говорящий менеджмент, у меня в комнате было чисто, все работало, горячая вода ночью была. Номер был на первом этаже, wifi ловил хорошо В комнате есть чайник, кружка, пара ложек и тарелок. Можно заварить себе чай и овсянку. Рядом много кафе, мне понравилось в Тавоуке на Ежник Кохбаци 39, неплохой фастфуд, куриный бургер вкусный и большущий =) персонал хорошо говорит по английски, но, если это для вас проблема, кассир знает русский по прозьбе выдали бумажную справку с печатью на время пребывания в отеле. я рекомендую!

Like- Hard to beat price considering its 3 mins walk from Republic Square. Dislike- Hard to find, hidden behind a long building. Basic breakfast, you need to sit at the reception area to eat. Rooms are basic, with basic amenities. Wont really call it a hotel. More of an apartment. No lift, no view as its an inside street.
