My family and I love this hotel !!!!the rooms are good value for money and the staffs are very nice and very accommodating !! We will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting yerevan!!❤️☺️

Удобное расположение рядом с центром. До площади РЕспублики 5-7 минут ходу. Хорошее обслуживание, внимательный персонал. Довольно чисто. И все было бы идеально, если бы не жесткие матрасы на кровати

Bien situado, justo pegado al la plaza de la república de Yereván pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, sabanas y colchas de cama con manchas y seguramente que no las han cambiado todos los días.

A few years ago the hotel was of a very good standard. Now I see slight wear, but for this price you probably won't get anything better in Yerevan.

The hotel is nice, prices are good. I took the very large family suite, close to 100m2. Everything went fine. The hotel is clean but the beds are not the most comfortable ones. The breakfast is very small in choices but is ok. Just the fruits that are presented were often in bad shape and sometimes non eatable. The front office is very fluent in English and very helpful. That's a good plus.
Overall i recommend, it's also very were located

Very friendly staff.
I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!!
There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead.
There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean.
I gave full star as it was really cheap and I only stayed therefor 2 hours as I had to go to the airport at 3 am.
For longer stay I think it wasn’t clean.

Снимали в данном отеле 3 номера:к полулюксу (N 302), претензий нет, а 2 двухместных номера (N101 и 103) просто ужасны! Больше чем на 2 звезды не тянут:1)в ванной комнате плесень, нет батареи, очень холодно. 2)Вода была чуть теплая, на обращение к сотрудникам ресепшна нам было сказано, что сегодня сделать ничего нельзя, обратитесь завтра (а завтра мы выезжали,бронили на 2 ночи)...3)Кран на смесителе - прогнивший, при прикосновении отламывался. 4)Не было больших полотенец, тапок. 5)Одеяла не были заправлены в пододеяльники на момент заселения, хотя мы въехали уже вечером. 6)Интернет в номере постоянно выбивало, после обращения на ресепшн, исправили, но все равно сигнал был очень слабый. 7)Пол в номерах весь в пятнах и грязи.На завтраке были несвежие сыры:один с затвердевшим пожелтевшим краем, второй-подкисший сыр-соломка. На фотографиях в интернете номера выглядят прекрасно, на деле-огромное разочарование.. Расположение отеля в 5 мин ходьбы от площади Республики, но в этом районе полно других отелей, мы очень пожалели, что выбрали именно этот и испортили себе впечатление от пребывания в Армении
