Ris Dalma Collection Yerevan

It is very nice place and all of the staff are friendly and near to the supermarket and mall .

The location is good, but sometimes the traffic makes it hard to reach the city center. The apartment is really great, spacious, modern, has a nice balcony, coffee and tea ❤️ The reception employees were very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that the towel bathrobes didn't get changed. Overall, it was a good experience. Book the apartment if you plan to stay inside a lot and shop at Dalma. It was really convenient.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia and just before leaving. We arrived from the airport at around 5 am to the hotel and were greeted by the night guards who were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the necessary information, even a coffee and shown the best views of both Ararat and Aragats - still very grateful for their attention. The daily reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and with the view of magnificent Ararat. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The location of the hotel is quite a bit outside the city centre, so you'll need either a car or take a taxi which is not a problem as the prices are more than reasonable. Next to the hotel is the shopping centre with a big supermarket as well as catering options, that did come in handy. For the second stay, before leaving Armenia, we mixed up the dates and reserved the day earlier my mistake. Luckily, they had one room available and there was no problem to change the date from their side (thanks again!), they only warned us that it is a room of lesser category than we had the first time. But we really didn't see any downside at all once we got in and even liked this apartment more as is had completely separate bedroom. The staff were again very friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent option for stay in Yerevan.
