Horrible stay,
As soon as I arrived they assigned me a room in another dilapidated structure, with a door that didn't close and an obscene old apar**ent, in ruins.
I asked for explanations as to why the room did not correspond to the photos, and they justified themselves by saying that it was the economy room.
They offered me to change rooms at the price of 8000 dh, when I paid the extra 8000 dh, almost 20 euros more, they then assigned me a room on the third floor with a terrifying smell of smoke. I had to stay with the window open in the middle of winter with -2 degrees below zero outside.
Horrible and obscene stay! Never again'

It’s a great hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to everything and they clean the rooms every day. There is TV in the rooms and you can watch series on Youtube and enjoy your journey. They have flight transports and you can book it by contacting the hotel. Warmly recommend Alex hotel for families with children.

The accommodation has a new part and an old part, they put me in the old part and from what I could see of the new rooms, they are two very different hotels. The last day I had to shower with hardly any water and on top of that it was cold.

Manager was very welcoming and accommodating - the price of the hotel was superb for the cost. She even let us hold our bags as we had a later flight. If I come back to Yerevan I will stay here

Everything mentioned in the booking was not the accommodation that was presented. Such as AC and TV. The front desk claims that the pics were taken from a new built building but not updated to current booking. I was staying at an older building in the back of the complex. Very upsetting. Front desk isn’t always attended, nor is the communication given by them.
