Ok stay, but not the best sleep due to very small duvets, no blackout curtains and a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was basic but adequate for a night or so.

It was an almost perfect hotel absolutely in the centre. By arrival Ruzanna (hope I spelled it right) was a wonderful landlady. She did almost everything she could and I think that it is her wonderful character. I had problems according to my airline and she helped to contact the support for hours even I almost thought that I might got lost and last but not least, everything went fine!

The room is very bad, there is no window. Damp, smelly, in odor.The quilt is also damp and the stool is dirty. Bad signal in the room, wifi is stuck.The room layout is not formal.It's hard to live here. When checked in, the hotel had empty rooms with windows. Hotel price, but guest house level. Սենյակը շատ վատ է, պատուհան չկա: Խոնավ, հոտավետ, հոտով: Քլուքը նույնպես խոնավ է, եւ աթոռակը կեղտոտ է: Վատ ազդանշան սենյակում, WiFi- ն խրված է: Սենյակների դասավորությունը ֆորմալ չէ: Դժվար է այստեղ ապրել: Մուտք գործելիս հյուրանոցն ուներ դատարկ սենյակներ Windows- ով: Հյուրանոցի գին, բայց հյուրի տան մակարդակը:

Réservation a l'hôtel Saryan a quelques dizaines de mètre, accueilli dans une pièce qui tenait plus lieu d'un débarras que d'une réception, ils avaient fait du sur booking car nous avons été relogé au Hobby Hotel. Le Hobby hotel en lui même est de bonne tenue, les chambres sont confortables, mais ils nous a été impossible de dormir du fait de l'isolation défectueuse. L'hotel donne sur un boulevard très passant a toute heure de la journée, mais surtout de la nuit, toutes les chambres donnent sur ce boulevard et n'en sont séparées que par un vitrage totalement inutile en terme d'isolation phonique. Nous avons du déménager en fin de soirée le bruit etant insupportable. Le Saryan Hotel ne nous a bien entendu pas remboursé. A eviter absolument, a limite de l'arnaque.

Ich war in vielen Ländern und Hotels in der Welt, aber ich muss sagen, dass der Aufenthalt im Hobby Hotel eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen für mich war. Das Zimmer roch intensiv nach Zigaretten und das Personal meinte es gäbe kein freies Zimmer zu wechseln. Für eine Reinigung im Zimmer nach zwei Tagen hat die Rezeption zusätzliches Geld verlangt. Für die Minibar wollten sie mehr Geld als ich das genutzt habe. Am Ende musste ich für einen Teil der Dusche etwas Strafe bezahlen, der nie funktionierte. Der Besitzer hat sich um meine Beschwerde nicht gekümmert und die Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, was man in den Hotels in Armenien weniger erlebt. Es gibt viele Hotels in der Nähe mit vergleichbarem Preis aber besserem Service wie Bonjour Boutique Hotel, Andor und Silk Road. Doch es sieht aus, dass das Personal als Hobby das Hotel betreibt und nicht als Beruf.
