Great hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway

Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

I have to comment on this. I saw someone comment before booking that the room was not what I wanted. So I bought cancellation insurance for 60 yuan. After arriving, I insisted on looking at the room first. The room 308 on the third floor that I was taken to see was simply uninhabitable. The window was blocked by a building next door. I told the front desk that someone had complained before that they spent money on a high-end hotel but were given a room that was not what they wanted. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and then I was asked to see room 810 on the 8th floor facing the opera house. It was really refreshing, with windows facing the city and Yerevan steps. But the shower in the bath was not working properly, the water was small and sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Conclusion, the location of the entire hotel is impeccable, and free parking is also available, but the premise is that the room type is worth the price! If you feel that the room types given by this platform are targeted at guests in a specific area, don't book it, and please remove it from Ctrip.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and pretty. She fed us fruits when we checked in. The location is excellent and you can reach the surrounding attractions on foot. The room decoration is a bit old, but it is acceptable.

One of the best hotels in Yerevan! Great location - the entire city center is within walking distance! The rooms are large and stylish. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect hotel, very close to France Square and therefore in the center. All important sights can be reached on foot. Great rooms, very clean, the breakfast should be highlighted. I have been to many countries in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, and for the first time I had a really hearty breakfast to enjoy. All employees extremely friendly helpful, that's how service works. Thanks for a great stay

fine. It’s a comfortable stay😌 It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Republic Square. There is also a microwave and refrigerator in the room. good!
