Excellent location, close to all attractions, walked. Breakfast is average, you can take it without it, since there are a lot of cafes within 5 minutes. The hotel has a courtyard

Convenient location in the center of Yerevan, next to the Cascade architectural complex. And at the same time, a quiet and peaceful place. Friendly staff. Cleanliness, order. Decent breakfasts. From the window of the room on the fifth floor there is an amazing view of Ararat. Galina, Alexey.

Spacious room, the bathroom, or rather the toilet not so spacious, enclosed in a niche which can become problematic for people of a certain size. Television in the bedroom and in the small living room, with Armenian and Russian channels and only one international one (CNN). Rich breakfast for guests accustomed to eating salty in the morning, quite limited for Italian tastes. Espresso coffee only on request and for a fee, few and rationed tea bags.

Yes the location is very good and close to a very nice part of Yerevan. We stayed 5 days. The room was comfortable, we asked to be on the fourth floor due that underneath the hotel passes the Metro, until 11 pm and believe me, the whole building rambles. One girl at reception was delightful but other people looks so serious and conspicuous behind a curtain right next to reception. The breakfast was strange, not real straight normal food, to accomodate your normal tourist, and the space for it is incredible small which makes it awkward to seat and flow when there are large groups of tourists. Thin walls you can hear everything next door. But the most annoying thing was that in 5 days they never cleaned our room. They changed the towels and that’s it. I could not believe it, but.... the moment we were paying it took a second for a young blond woman to fly up the room and check the stage of it. There was a glass with a crack that it seems my husband pushed at night, ( we didn’t noticed otherwise we would have said,) they charged us for it. After not even bothering for cleaning or changing our sheets. Really?
