When a Do Not Disturb sign—whether electronic or displayed on the door—is activated, our team does not enter the room. This was the case they didn't enter the room. In addition, as outlined in the bathroom information card, towels are replaced every third day as part of our sustainability program. Should guests wish to have their towels replaced sooner, we kindly ask that they leave the towels on the floor. Towels left hanging are considered intended for reuse.We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning hairdryer and appreciate your patience while our team promptly arranged a replacement.Finally, thank you for your comments regarding the in-room amenities and the breakfast selection.
