The location of the hotel is relatively remote and there are no commercial services around. The current management of the hotel is very bad. After getting the key, I found that the room was not cleaned at all. The breakfast at the hotel is very simple and the food quality is very poor. The hotel has received mainly group tourists, and the breakfast scene was very chaotic. The room is not soundproof at all, and the conversation next door can be heard clearly.

Everything is fine, but when ordering, I did not take into account that there are mountains in Yerevan. Therefore, walking from the hotel was not possible. The view from the window is unattractive. Fortunately, taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.

Good Hotel. We stayed here through a package with Holiday Factory, you need a taxi to go to the city center but not to worry, their drivers are quite honest and the fare is very reasonable, 1 usd or so. Food is also really good, their breakfast assortment is very satisfactory. Recommended for travellers.

First of all, although the hotel has a sign of 4*, but you should assume you are going to a 3 stars hotel. The breakfast is very normal and the variation is so limited. The pool water is not that much clear and needs more cleaning. The rooms are old dated and need refurbishment. specially the bath. In fact, I had no interest to use the bath because of its poor cleanness. The area in which the hotel is located has nothing around (even a good restaurant). It's on top of a hill overlooking the city. So once you are in the hotel at evening, there is nothing to do. The lobby is so quite and no-one bypassing from 7pm afterwards. It makes the hotel like an abandoned house! The only advantage is the balcony of the bar at lobby which has super views of the city as well as Ararat Mountains. But how much you want to spend your time sitting in that balcony and looking on mountains!?!! One of the issues I faced was the noise which the hotel staff were making during the night time. They were talking and laughing with loud sound at midnights (after 12pm!) and this made me couldn't sleep well at night. I was on a business trip to Yerevan and was supposed to use the hotel only for resting at evening. But even for my case, it was a bad experience for me to stay at this hotel and I will never back here. Don't expect a great and relaxing stay in this hotel.
