Old school hotel. Good service and location. Gym very basic and Need to book sauna an hour in advance.

Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch.

Very cosy hotel with lots of spirit! So different from chain hotels that just look so similar to each other. This hotel has lots of charm! Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, good food, great location!

I frequently stay at grand hotel yerevan as it’s the most convenient and historic in the center of Yerevan. The cleanliness, location convenience, high end service and amazing staff all make my stay wonderful each time I visit. I have brought guests from abroad who have all enjoyed staying at the hotel as well. The guest experience ambassador Syuzi Ayrumyan always makes sure that all my needs are taken care of and that I have an amazing time. She makes everyone feel at home, organizes very fun brunches, get togethers and is always interesting to spend time with her. Much thanks to Syuzi and the whole Grand Hotel staff. Highly Recommended! Однозначно лучший отель Еревана…Останавливаюсь здесь уже десятый год , по рекомендации моих родителей, которые здесь отдыхают со дня открытия отеля, а это больше 20-ти лет на секундочку…. Всегда встречает нас , наша любимая Guest Experience Ambassador Mrs. Syuzi Ayrumyan, самая модная девушка Ервана , которая стала нам за годы пребывания в этом отеле, хорошим другом… Человек, который делает все невозможное возможным…. В этот раз приехав по делам, по стечению обстоятельств мы всей семьей остались справлять мой день рождения в Ереване , так сюзи буквально за несколько часов организовала мне такой праздник, о котором оставалось только мечтать: шикарный стол, с очень вкусными блюдами и прекрасной подачей, свечи, цветы, музыка и тд…. Итог: закрытая вечеринка , в ресторане Наири, со всеми друзьями и родственниками прошла на Ура…. Прекрасный сервис, отличное обслуживание, уютные номера, приветливый персонал, салон красоты, все , что можно пожелать, организовала нам Сюзи, она решает любой вопрос в кратчайшие сроки… Благодарю за все 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The hotel is located very conveniently, in the city center, in an old building built during the Soviet era. The staff is very friendly and ready to provide any help. Breakfast is not very varied, but quite tasty. When private events are held in the inner “winter” garden, it feels as if the musicians are playing right in your room. Very loud and noisy.
