It was an absolutely lovely and peaceful stay.the staff were so friendly and respectful.the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and we had an amazing view of the church in front of the building.breakfast was delicious with sufficient variety of food.we definitely come back again

Excellent overall stay!
The apararment was brilliant and we had an amazing view from floor 12 of the snow covered mountain!
We also had the airport transfer which was superb.. highly recommend this hotel

من و خانواده ام برای سه شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم و متاسفانه از زمان ورود بی قانونی و بی نظمی در این هتل کاملا مشهود بود و اتاق های ما را بعد از ۳ ساعت معطلی ساعت ۵ بعدازظهر تحویل دادند و نکته قابل تامل اینکه اتاق ها تمیز نشده بود و علاوه بر ان در زمان صبحانه بدون رعایت پروتکل های بهداشتی که لازم است در زمان کوید ۱۹ همگان ملزم به اجرای دقیق ان باشند، کوچکترین نظارت و قانونی در این رابطه اعمال نمیشد!!!!؟؟؟ نکته دیگه اینکه رفتار بد اغلب پرسنل با مسافران ایرانی بود!!!!!؟؟؟؟ و نکته قابل ذکر دیگه تبعیض مشهودی که بین مسافران ایرانی و سایر مسافران می‌گذاشتند از جمله هنگام شارژ اتاق خیلی از اقلام اولیه که جزو ملزومات اتاق محسوب میشد را متاسفانه برای ایرانیان در اتاق قرار نمی‌دادند!!!!؟؟؟؟

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, since the arrival of lawlessness and disorder in this hotel, it was quite obvious, and our rooms were delivered after 3 hours of delay at 5 pm, and it is noteworthy that the rooms It was not cleaned, and in addition, at breakfast, without observing the health protocols that are required to be strictly followed by everyone at the time of Quid 19, the slightest supervision and law was not applied in this regard !!!! ??? Another point is that most of the staff mistreated Iranian passengers !!!!! ???? And another noteworthy point is the obvious discrimination between Iranian passengers and other passengers, including when charging the room, many of the basic items that were considered essential for the room were unfortunately not placed in the room for Iranians !!!! ????

Оставалась здесь на 1 ночь. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна, удобная кровать. Есть вода и чай в номере, на территории есть бассейн. Но завтраки огорчили - заветренный сыр и хлеб, кофемашина требует прочистки. До центра города идти или вдоль оживленной дороги или через стройку соседних отелей. Пешком до площади республики 30 мин

Very clean, safe and quiet place with nice breakfast for my family and my parents who stayed there for one week. My father loved to walk in the area around hotel going through the downtown for shopping even at nights. So happy about it so we will stay there again for our next trips.
