В целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения

Отель понравился, останавливались на 3 ночи,но был существенный минус: нас поселили на 2-м этаже над рестораном и мы прослушали весь репертуар этого заведения. Поэтому при заселении учитывайте это,у нам был номер 204.

This was my second time with this hotel. The rooms are clean and inviting. The mini bar is always stocked with my favorite juice and snacks. The breakfast is tasty and convenient. At the front desk, Sona and Aspram were positively wonderful, so kind and helpful. In all, a good experience.

Очень милый отель , хороший персонал добрый ! В отеле очень чисто и уютно, приятный запах. В номерах хорошо , не тесно. Дорогая сантехника , честно удивилась увидев villeroy & boch) Климат контроль рабочий ) Горячая вода 24 часа ) уборка каждый день, питьевая вода . В общем все супер ! Завтрак советую брать ! Вкусно сытно и всем хватает. Жаль что капучино не входит в завтрак ))

Добрый день! Я ,Панова Марина Васильевна,отдыхала в вашем отеле с 29 на 30 декабря. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность вашему менеджеру на стойке регистрации Софьи. К сожалению я не знаю её фамилию. Эта очень милая,красивая,воспитанная и очень грамотная девушка сделала все,чтобы всего одна ночь в этом отеле оставила такое приятное воспоминание о вашем отеле. Все было сделано чётко,быстро и с огромным вниманием, что сразу видно, человеку нравится её работа. Казалось бы всего пару минут чтобы взять паспорт и дать ключи от комнаты,но в моем сердце эта прекрасная девушка вызывает очень приятные воспоминания. Помогла вызвать такси,рассказала про ваш ресторан, очень вкусно там я поужинала. Нам,клиентам из России в это непростое время очень важно видеть такую заботу и внимание. Очень надеюсь, что руководство отеля оценит такого правильного и внимательного сотрудника. Украшение отеля!

I stayed in the hotel with my family for a short time , a couple of days I wasn’t sure if I should book this hotel considering the poor number of reviews about this place and some of them were confusing.. The hotel I have to tell you is located in the best part of the city and everything is around, few hotels in Yerevan have this privilege of location. The hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff was great and welcome! The only minus in my opinion was the breakfast which was kind of poor, there were not so many options, no fresh orange juice as well.. I had a lunch there with my family and the emotions were mixed..the food was tasty but unreasonably expensive for the category of the hotel, Prices comparing to the local economy were very high but I have to say the staff did an excellent job, service was great. The hotel in general is a great option and I would stay there again. Thank you people Room 114
