Отличное расположение: рядом остановка транспорта, недалеко метро. Около отеля магазины (есть круглосуточный). Вполне комфортные номера и удобные кровати. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Особо хочу отметить вкусные завтраки, а также столовую где в любое время можно выпить чай или кофе и прекрасную террасу с видом на Арарат. Но основным качеством отеля является гостеприимство и радушие хозяев. Могу рекомендовать другим и сам с удовольствием остановлюсь в следующий приезд.

Останавливалась на несколько ночей, очень милое место, чистые номера, удобная кровать и подушки, нет проблем с горячей водой. Потрясающий вид на Арарат ) очень понравилась терраса, где можно посидеть и позавтракать. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Люсьене за ее хачапури и доброжелательность) удобное расположение, до каскада минут 20 пешком, до площади полчаса, рядом метро и маркеты. Спасибо! Всего доброго)

Wonderful, hospitable warm hotel. Armen the owner was very attentive to guests and Lusia is the soul of the place. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended and great value.

Уютный отель в пешей доступности от центра. Всё очень по-домашнему: чисто, комфортно, внимательные хозяева. В номерах тихо, кровать удобная. Завтрак обычный континентальный. На общей кухне можно попить чай в любое время. Из окна действительно видно Арарат)). Единственный минус - маленькая неприметная табличка. Мы с таксистом не сразу нашли отель.

Долгие поиски места проживания привели меня в отель Григ. Могу с уверенностью сказать, что вернусь в Ереван еще, а вопрос с поиском отеля теперь отпадает. Спасибо большое владельцам за гостеприимство! Была рада знакомству с Арминэ, Люсей и Арменом. Спасибо за радушный прием и за советы) В отеле понравилось все: - отличное расположение (остановка рядом, на автобусе можно быстро добраться в центр; прямо под домом круглосуточный магазин с продуктами, аптека также рядом); - цена (хорошее соотношение цена-качество); - чистота и уют в номере; - вкусные завтраки; - прекрасный вид на Арарат из номера.

Проживал в этом отеле в июне 2022 года. Хозяева очень радушные. В номере чисто и уютно. Завтраки великолепные. Готовит их Люся, за что ей отдельное спасибо! Рядом круглосуточный магазин. Через дорогу банкомат банка ВТБ. Так что с наличными деньгами проблем никогда не было. С российским МИРом снимаешь драмы. Курс официальный. Вобще в Ереване попадались гостеприимные люди, начиная от аэропорта, где на стойке информации девушка помогла вызвать такси, связалась с таксистом и можно сказать сама посадила в машину)) Вобщем всем рекомендую этот отель.

Был здесь в октябре. Один из лучших отелей, в которых мне приходилось останавливаться. Основная фишка не шикарные номера и интерьеры (хотя с этим тоже всё хорошо, особенно для трёх звезд), а необыкновенное гостеприимство и отзывчивость хозяев. Персонал гостиницы (владелец, его жена и ещё несколько человек, насколько я понимаю, тоже их родственники или близкие друзья) шли на встречу абсолютно во всех вопросах. В день заезда я приехал очень поздно вечером уставший и голодный, и мне сразу же был предложен ужин, хотя я оплачивал только завтраки . Во все последующие дни завтракать можно было приходить абсолютно в любое время: и в 7 утра, если на утро было что-то запланировано, и в 12, если хотелось подольше поспать. Помогли и с подбором экскурсий, причём в субботу днём нашли вариант на воскресенье. Все эти дополнительные вещи делались за бесплатно. Кроме того, с хозяевами Griga было прост очень приятно общаться, что для меня тоже важно. Бонусы: расположение в самом центре Еревана, в нескольких минутах от парламента и президентского дворца, и вид на Арарат из номера. Если ещё буду в Ереване, то обязательно снова остановлюсь здесь!
