The first good impression came from the reception with their helpful and professional approach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel didn’t save on coffee/tea bar. The location is great with a nice view to Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.

a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.

City center, the hotel is new, clean, the service is super. The room is large, the price is excellent. The street in the center has a lot of restaurants, attractions, museums. I recommend. Thank you

The service is very poor, and there is no sense of service. You are required to change rooms during your stay. I suspect they are taking bribes to make things difficult for guests. They pretend to be full even if no one is staying. The hotel deliberately sprays toxic perfume, which makes people poisoned and has headaches. In short, it is outrageous. The experience is very bad. I will not stay here again even if I have to pay more. Five-star bad review!

Good hotel for little money. Clean, nice staff. But the mattresses are hard as stone, we couldn't sleep at all. Maybe it will suit someone.

The fire detectors on the ceiling are too bright and interfere with sleep. The curtain does not cover the window completely. The service is excellent.

Excellent combination of price/quality. The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and bars. There are wonderful, responsive guys working at the reception who helped when making a request and registered ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend

The price-performance ratio is good. It's about the same price as a double room in a youth hostel, but it's much quieter. The location is pretty good and the service is OK
