The room is large! The quilt is clean and comfortable to sleep! The sanitation is also clean! The breakfast is average, and the surrounding supermarkets and shopping are convenient! The taxi app is 800 dirhams from the city, which is equivalent to about 16 yuan. The hotel staff provided good service and helped us carry our luggage upstairs.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Everything is fine, but Wi-Fi is unstable and the network often drops out. The rooms are large, clean, no complaints.

Unfortunately, it was difficult to rate this particular hotel. Yes, the lobby looks cozy and the receptionist is polite. However, upon arrival, she immediately reported a certain "problem with pipes" in my room (which, as it turns out, is a fairly common expression) and offered to move to another hotel at their expense. To be fair, the taxi was also paid for by them.
I took Yerevan Deluxe Hotel in many respects because of its convenient location for me. In particular, a few steps from Komitas Avenue, where there is all the infrastructure (restaurants, shops, etc.). The new Nairi hotel is located apart among one-story private houses on a steep slope, and, despite its 4 stars, it offered just a terrible room. Although that is of course a completely different story...

The place is a bit far from the center, but there's a supermarket and a mall nearby. The building seems old and is in need for interior design updates. The bathroom smelled like bleach the first day. There wasn't much choice during breakfast. But I guess for the price I paid its reasonable.
It's a good option for budget travellers.
