Located between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

Nice, clean hotel, breakfast included, staff speaks Russian, location on the mountain (so it’s better to return home from the center by metro), Mount Ararat is visible from some rooms, but if there is no view from the room, it is always visible from the landing. The room had everything you needed - water, tea, toiletries, slippers.

This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Yerevan (long or short term)! Very clean rooms and common areas, nicely decorated and quiet, great hospitality and service, phenomenal views and home-like comfort. Free buffet-style breakfast offers a wide variety to chose from.

Очень хороший,уютный со свежей современной отделкой отель.В номере есть кухонная зона- кто хочет что то приготовить или разогреть.Завтраки - полноценный шведский стол,соки,натуральное кофе.Отзывчивый персонал.Сам отель в пешей доступности от метро ( дружба, Баграмян).Сами номера отапливаются кондиционерами,в нашем номере очень шумно работал внешний блок ,но я не любитель жары,поэтому этот момент решался просто выключением на ночь данного агрегата) Ставлю твердую 5ку,был в разных отелях и разных странах,поверьте , есть с чем сравнить.

Отель с современным стильным дизайном, уютными номерами и приветливым персоналом. Немного вдали от центра, но в 7 минутах имеется станция метро "Маршал Баграмян", поэтому проблем добраться нет. В номере имеется кухонный уголок с микроволновкой, холодильником и чайником. Кровать с в меру жестким матрасом и удобными подушками. Быстрый wi-fi и хороший выбор TV-программ, включая российские каналы. Также имеется небольшой балкончик (с которого любовались видами на гору Арарат). Завтрак - стандартный шведский стол, но всегда присутствуют фрукты и местные сладости.

Reservation via Booking for 3 people, 2 nights, €200 in total. In Yerevan, in August, during the day it is 38-40 °C, at night 28-30. We arrive, due to flight delay, around half past midnight. I pay for the room (€200 for two nights in Armenia is definitely not a small amount) and before going up, out of pure scruple, I ask: "The air conditioning works, right?" “Unfortunately not but we'll fix it tomorrow” And you tell me after I've paid. From here begins a nightmare story that ends at 2 am at another hotel (paid for by Orbeli) which, according to them, should have been of the same category. False, it was one or two categories lower and the third bed was little more than a 1.70 meter long camping bed: but at least it had air conditioning. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, change jobs and stop making fun of people. SHAME.

Orbeli made my week in Yerevan truly special. We got together with a team of colleagues/friends and most of our time together was spent in my hotel room. Staff were incredibly attentive and caring. I was given extra tableware and utensils, and the cleaning service took extra care to match my schedule. Their breakfast is lovely (I miss the crepes already!) and front desk super responsive and helpful. Everyone speaks English too. I can't recommend Orbeli enough. PS Anushik is an amazing person who treated me and my kid like family during my stay. She took great care of us and our living space, and I was really moved by her professionalism, integrity and humanity.
