I was on vacation at the end of October 2022 in Yerevan. Pros - quiet, because it is located in a private sector. Villa Aynedzor is a very old building - with all that it implies, there is black and white mold in the room, aspergels are very dangerous to health - they cause tuberculosis, asthma, decreased immunity. The electrical wiring is barely alive, the sockets are full of holes, my plugs fell out twice. The room is dark, there is little light. The heating was adjusted on the second day. In general, this building is dangerous to life. The food is terrible. An employee in the kitchen fries a loaf of bread in eggs, tea, jam, cottage cheese, and cookies; for three days she asked me to just boil the eggs. As a result, I cooked eggs myself in the evenings. The downside of the private sector is that it is a little dark to walk in the evening after the big street, there is no kettle or hairdryer in the room. Pros: cleaning - they cleaned it every day, silence, good Wi-Fi. This hotel is 2+. Price quality does not match. I paid for 4 stars and received two. Booking lists the hotel as 4 stars. The hotel is terrible, I won’t come back here and I won’t recommend it, it’s an old piece of junk with black mold.
