Location was great. The studio was nice. The number listed here doesn't belong to the hotel anymore, so that needs to be updated. Maybe the staff should be more attentive with basic things like toilet paper which was almost finished and there were no extras.

WOW!!! This hotel stands out immediately by the impressive Guest Room Interior's. Everything is of the highest quality possible, including the workmanship in the finishing details of the rooms and public areas. One can confidently say that this hotel has the potential to be among the best in the world. The vast selection of high-quality entertainment, dining and wining, swimming and fitness and strolling to the nearby city center, makes your stay worthwhile. I was highly impressed and will certainly recommend this hotel and return soon for business and for enjoyment at it's best.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Stunning view if the weather allows you to see the mountain Ararat. Fabulous breakfast. Many thanks to all the amazing staff for special attention to my mom's birthday. In Yerevan this place is not bad. The room is so wide and the bathroom is quite large, but the water is not flowing smoothly. I booked a twin room, but I gave a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. I see from the hotel introduction that most rooms have a balcony, because it doesn't matter if you stay for only one night. The facilities in the room are similar to the domestic three-star facilities. The front desk is quite satisfactory, there is only one hotel elevator, and the waiting time is too long. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which fits the Chinese stomach and can be full. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Geographic location is fine, anyway, the whole city is not big, and walking is fine. I think other rooms should be bigger than this value room.

Very cozy boutique hotel with its style and charm. Interesting design, vintage wooden furniture, divinely smells of sandal. Good-friendly and professional (last, with all love in Armenia, rare) staff. The pleasant location - on the edge of the picturesque beam with the view on Ararat, to the center hand to serve. The family suite with the balcony is large enough, with a spacious terrace, lingerie and towels worthy, expensive soap/shampoon (somehow there is no hair conditioner in the country). The breakfast restaurant is very beautiful, fresh food, coffee is good. The only thin moment: WiFi in the room practically didn't work, in the hall on the floor - worked poorly. I am glad that I chose this hotel and recommend it to everyone!

Location-better not to think, in the center of Yerevan on Mashtoza Avenue. Next to the Fruit Shop, Dry Fruit Machine and Bakery (on the way to the mosque) where the beautiful Hachapuri is baked.The hotel is new, in the room every day leaves bottles with water. The cleaning is beautiful, in the bathroom is hairy, tooth cleaning sets, everything you need. It is worth marking breakfasts separately. Fresh baking, every day the choice of hot dishes. Blinds, chicken boilers, baked vegetables. Every day-taste vegetable salad, and vegetables in Armenia is just a song.Fresh baking, cake, happuri. All the foods are excellent quality. Cook great coffee.

The hotel definitely liked it. No exquisite, but with clear and positive recipe. The location for Yerevan is very good, the center, everything is on foot. About accommodation.
