Louis Phaethon Beach

This was our first experience of all inclusive and we were not disappointed. This is a great family hotel that has great staff and excellent food. All the staff are very cheerful and friendly and the management are clearly visible everyday. The food was excellent: varied and freshly cooked in the restaurant: The mussels were perfectly cooked. The management provided us with a bottle of bubbly and special attention on our anniversary. They also helped source a bouquet of flowers and provided a vase. The fridge in the room was running hot and was replaced promptly. We also reported a hazard with one of the doors in the hotel and this was dealt with within the hour{quite impressed with the efficiency}.The rooms could be a little more plush, but were fine, missed a sofa and some quiet areas around the hotel could be introduced. Would definitely recommend and was great value for money. A big thanks to all the staff.

I came with friends and family for a wedding. We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time! The hotel was clean and housekeeping attended rooms every day. They leave you 2 big bottles of water each time. The staff here are just amazing, from the waiting staff to the entertainment team and management were great too. We were all inclusive and found the food and drinks choice really good, there was a different theme on every night so we didn’t get bored of the food. We went out one day to do the blue legion excursions but you can also do water sports along the beach right outside the hotel. We did paragliding, jet skiing and marble boat. Everything on the wedding day ran smoothly and staff made this day special. Improvements could be made to the room but we had a great view. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent family holiday. 15 of us, age ranging from 3 to 64 and the hotel catered for us all. Food and all staff outstanding (cleaning lady for our room was so nice) Lovely trip to paphos market and Agora Tavern for tapas. Slides great for kids.

Just returned from a week's holiday here & feeling a little deflated because we had such a brilliant experience here. The staff each & everyone work exceptionally hard to ensure holiday makers expectations are met. The kitchen staff create amazing food which is top notch quality.

Absolutely great hotel, the management, staff and the entertainment team can’t do enough for their customers to make sure everyone have enjoyable stay. The food is excellent, many variety for all dialery requirements . Rooms clean and tidy, daily supply with water, coffee, tea. We stayed in this hotel 5 times and we are definitely going back again.

Amazing holiday!!! I have just arrived back from an amazing week. The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are so great nothing is to much for them! Entertainment was good and there’s something for everyone. Tom the Tui rep is a gem, such a lovely guy and a credit to the company. Go book it you won’t be disappointed!!! Paphos airport was efficient, no queues even at passport control. Ten minutes drive to the hotel but aircraft noise was not a problem. Check in was easy. A waiter came to offer drinks while we were completing the form. Our room overlooked one of the pools with views out to sea. It was newly renovated and offered plenty of space for luggage and storing or hanging clothes. The bathroom was a little tired. The bed was a comfortable double unlike most hotels we have stayed in recently which have two singles pushed together. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff were a credit to the hotel. The pools were a good size, the area around them and the gardens were very attractive. The sun loungers were comfortable and there was plenty of room to move them when required. This was a little out of season. The flumes were not in operation and the pool bar did not offer food, which was varied and good, until the latter part of our stay. The buffet offered a surprisingly wide range of very good quality meals. There was never a problem with seating. We cannot speak for the evening entertainment. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The number 611 bus will take you to the centre of Paphos in 10 minutes for 2 euros. Check in for the return flight was fine as TUI had about 8 manned desks. We rarely consider a return visit to a holiday hotel but are planning to book again after Easter next year. Expectations were high after reading reviews but they were exceeded by our experiences.

First time going and i Had an amazing week already looking at going back the hotel is very clean,the staff are so friendly can't do enough for you, food there is so much to choose from different menus for each day always had entertainment on of a evening we had a boat trip for 61 euros I highly recommend doing this also even though so much at hotel you don't need to amazing week just went by so quick we went for my brothers / sister inlaws wedding perfect choice 😀

Stayed at Phaethon Beach for 4 weeks. This hotel is very well managed, friendly, clean and I enjoyed my time here. Food - one of the best I have come across. Drink - wine ok, not branded spirits but fine. Room - perfectly adequate, clean. Staff - amazing Entertainment - these people work so hard. Talented singers and believe me they can dance!! They have time for everyone. I didn't want to leave after a month and hope to return sometime! The coastal walk into Paphos is beautiful. Thank you everyone!
