Good holiday package hotel. Spa pool area good do with some renovations. The new suite was large and well appointed.

Me and my friends stayed here and had the best time. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the food was fantastic with a range of restaurants to choose from (just make sure you book when you get there as they tend to fill up quickly.) The service at the hotel is excellent, with the bar staff being so friendly. In particular, bartenders Kevin, Theo, Alexandra and Tamara are a credit to the resort and made our stay so much fun. They were really accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a good time. Even with Theo bringing us our favourite drinks just before our transfer to the airport. They went the extra mile and made an effort to chat to us throughout our stay. DJ Daniel was also brilliant and took requests when we saw him which we appreciated! We had the best time, I would really recommend this hotel.

Not sure where i need to start.. OMG.... Firstly the hotel was more of a 3 star not 4 star.. I was sent a feedback form on Tuesday to fill in, about 15 mins latter i was asked to attend the GR, the room we had was small and grubby, under the glass top it was dirty, i was informed they would get housekeeping to sort, didn't look much better If this had been done. I also complained about the food, not being a lot of choice and the food was Luke warm at best or cold. GR was surprised but after speaking to other people in the hotel we were not the only people. I also mentioned about the coffee in the breakfast room, it took me two days using the coffee machine before i worked out that once you seat the coffee person should serve you, was told that GR would speak to them, every day after i had to go and ask for coffee. Rooms - Bath with shower over no grab rails, my husband walks with a stick and I don't believe this was safe for him. Bath sheets would be nice the towels barley go round you, also thread bare so need to be replaced. Never enough milks, sugar etc held in the room, so had to grab from restaurant at meal times. Not much room in the evening to sit down for the entertainment, everyone was crammed in, not enough staff working the bar, several times I had to wait and was over looked. No hand creams Gym - Would be great if gym was open at 6am, so guests could work out before they start the day, never have i had staff in a holiday gym before, always used at own risk, we are adults.. also a waste of a member of staff, which could be used elsewhere. Also you need proper paper towel for wiping down equipment after use, not a box of tissues.... Air con needs to be on as well. not bloody good at all. Al carte Restuarant's - Would be better if you could just book restaurants at reception/GR rather than the app, they are very booked up and it's a lot of fath going backwards and forwards. You also need to book on day one.. Didn't like and was not informed that it's all a set menu, what a waste of food as didn't eat half of it.. Greek the meat was tough & fatty meal, The best restaurant was the Italian, were you had cold and hot starters and chose main best food of the week. Main Restuarant's - Have had fruit and yought for breakfast no granola, and an omelette every day as that was HOT, even though the plates were cold. Had slice of toast with cold hard boiled egg at 7am as soon as the restaurant was open.. lunch lettuce carrot cabbage chips no egg or tuna to have salad.. don't like pork or lamb.. not much chicken off bone. Pool - Drinks service would be fantastic. Also earning staff tips. Pool water is bloody freezing in the pool, other hotel pools were not.. sunbeds NEED to be replaced, all hotels have mattresses on them, so uncomfortable. Beach - The beach opposite hotel I thought was for the hotel but seems a public beach full of kids.. Package - Unless you're on a certain package you're not allowed bottle water.. cups

This is our 4th time staying at the hotel. We have always found the staff very friendly and always helpful. Nothing has ever been to much trouble. The hotel has a lovely contemporary feel, it’s light & airy and the hotel rooms are extremely clean. The beds are huge and comfortable. Having the additional four restaurants along side the main one means there’s always a great variety of food. We also find it a ‘plus’ that the hotel provides pool towels and room towels.

We had a rest in May with friends, the service was at the highest level, the reception solved any questions and problems, special thanks to Voula and Valatina, I recommend this hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, the food and drinks are excellent

A group of 18 of us stayed here. We used as a base as we were playing golf in the area. We had a variety of rooms on the second, fourth and fifth floor. The fifth floor rooms are new and much nicer so worth asking when you book for this floor. Breakfast was what you find in most of these all-inclusive resorts full selection of everything you could want. We weren’t there for lunchtimes only on one occasion. We opted for something from the Italian restaurant and the snack bar. The evening meals we had in the main restaurant apart from two occasions. One evening we ate at the Greek restaurant. We weren’t given a choice of food, We were delivered some dips, a Greek salad and mains a variety of meats. If you eat at the Greek restaurant, you will eat outside. Some of our food wasn’t very hot. On another evening, we ate in the Italian restaurant. It’s a bit reminiscent of a Wagamama’s. There’s not a great deal of atmosphere. Here we were given starters of a Greek salad and a delicious tomato soup, but we were able to pick our mains. We were on the fourth floor and the room was fine and we had a Seaview. The shower is over a bath so if you’re not very steady on your feet, it’s worth checking when you book. All of the stuff we encountered were really friendly and helpful. There is entertainment I believe most evenings. One of our party was on the second floor. The disco is on the same level as reception so it’s certainly worth making sure you’re above or near that. We had one day not playing golf and sat around the pool. There are lots of sunbeds both around the pool and in another area near the beach. I don’t know how busy the hotel was and what the demand for sunbeds is, but they didn’t seem to be an issue when we were there. Good time was had by all.

We visited the hotel in April 2024 as a couple. The hotel is in a lovely location 2 minutes from the beach and we had a sea view room. The hotel is 30 minutes walk to the harbour or 10 euro in a taxi. The harbour is worth a visit as plenty of restaurants and a few bars. Prices not too bad for a main course, 10-15 euro. We also visited the old town on the night, quite quiet but nice restaurants with a nice sunset. We paid about 60 euro for 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine and 2 main courses which wasn’t bad. And 15 euro in a taxi. We found the hotel overall very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and no issues at all with cleanliness. We found the food excellent with a decent daily choice. I’m quite fussy but no issues. All beers/spirits were fine. We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning as wasn’t working properly until May . And it was getting to 30 degrees. After a few trips to reception we did get moved to a swim up room. Many thanks to Voula for acknowledging my issue ( I can’t sleep when it’s too hot ) and moving me to an air conditioned room. The entertainment was quite good on an evening, 7/10. Generally singers but good standard. Congratulations to all the staff as they were very helpful and pleasant. Which includes the smiley Tamara, Voula and Kev on the bar. I would certainly return to this hotel ! A
