Absolutely spectacular holiday couldn’t thank Tamara enough, she was absolutely spot on with everything she done made my proposal to my NEW fiancé a 1 of a kind experience nailed everything to the point, she worked hard to organise such a beautiful proposal and it had the best outcome possible!!! Will definitely be coming back next year!!! Thank you again to everyone and especially Tamara massive shout out to you!!!!

Very pleased with the hotel, staff are lovely and very helpful, we were on the deluxe package so the reserved sunbeds were great for us, we like the extra drinks available on the deluxe package! Only down side is how busy the restaurants are when trying to book, there were non avaliable for the week when we arrived but Tamara was amazing and got us booked in for the restaurants that we wanted! Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

The hotel itself is quite nice although small things such as house keeping and cleaning could be worked on. The one thing I could not fault was the bar staff especially in particular Bipul who was the best bartender I’ve ever been served by! He was kind, friendly, welcoming and took pride and passion in his job.

This is one of the worst holidays we have had in the 18 times we have been to Cyprus. So disappointing. Reception staff were very abrupt and not one smile from any of them in the three times I went to reception to request a late check out room. This is not usual behaviour in the hotels we have stayed in. Room review - room very modern, clean with a lovely sea view. Fridge but no minibar. Toiletries were none existent, only two very small bottles of hair conditioner, nothing else! Fridge did contain one bottle of water that we were told would not be replenished during our stay. Instead we were to take the bottle to the pool bar to be refilled. Needless to say we didn't do that, we bought our own. I can forgive almost anything when on holiday if the food is good, however the food did not deliver at this hotel. The main buffet dining room was dreadful and like a canteen at best. Other guests were very ignorant and rude, pushing in all the time. The food was dreadful and no variety in the week we were there. As all inclusive guests we were told we could visit the four a la cart restaurants once each. Well that didn't happen because all but the Italian, which to be fair was delicious, were totally booked up. Not surprising with the atmosphere and food in the dining room. Some guests did not adhere to the dress code and wore swimming shorts, vest tops and flip flops each evening to dinner. Nothing was said to them by the staff and in my opinion this will bring the hotel even further down if other guests start doing the same. Not the best holiday at all. Would we go again - no! Would we recommend this hotel to others - no!

Staff lovely, everywhere very clean, room cleaned every day. First time for all-inclusive and really not my taste. Food was very plentiful but almost too much choice - catering for a mass market so a little bland for me. Difficult to find fault

We have just returned after 11 days at this hotel with another couple and whilst there are many good things there are many that let it down unfortunately. The cleanliness throughout is very good, we had a sea view room that was cleaned daily, bed was changed a couple of times during our stay. The blackout curtains don’t cover the windows/doors so you are awakened early. The restaurant was a hit or a miss unfortunately. Breakfast had the usual offerings. The usual queues at the tea/coffee stations and let’s not forget the toaster Q. There were several themed evenings and one of our friends can’t eat anything spicy so had pizza a few times. Steamed veg was always the same. Fish unnamed a lot of the time. There were many occasions when the food was not hot. Salad bar at lunch never had cold meat or fresh fish. Book the speciality restaurants as soon as you get there as they get. We a couple and they were very good. The alcohol is local unless you upgrade for branded drinks. €50 per room per day. I don’t drink local alcohol but what I was bitterly disappointed about was that we had one bottle of water in the fridge and when I asked for another I was told to bring the bottle back and have it refilled at the bar. We spoke with several other guests who had bottle water every day, fresh fruit, cakes in their room. We met one older lady in the lift who told us her husband was unwell and she had to go up and down to the bar to get water for him. This is really not on. Sunbeds are uncomfortable as they don’t have any mattress toppings on them. This is perhaps the only hotel along this area that doesn’t. The staff mostly were friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel! I highly enjoyed my weeks stay. Thank you to the Fantastic stay Guest relations team Tamara and voula, they helped us organise our stay, so that we could have an easy going and great experience at the hotel. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.
