挺失望的，個人感受與價位不符，將近八百的房間沒有提供一次性拖鞋，晚上七點多洗澡沒熱水，説需要等到晚飯後，十點多依舊沒有熱水洗澡，玩一天沒洗澡就睡了，太悲了！晚上還有服務員拿房卡直接進門了，嚇我們一跳，説不知道已經住人了，要進來拿充電線.性價比太低了.湖景還是挺好的，如果住二三百的房間也就將就接受了吧！

還可以吧，總體還行，出門就是很美的湖，可以小溜達一下，離水鎮2km。賓館衞生不能細看，但前台服務員態度非常好，希望這邊旅遊能越來越規範。

客房桌面上不清潔，用品缺失。樓道堆放雜物，樓下停車場擺着餐桌椅，住宿的不能停車。電視信號就幾個台，WiFi沒有提示連接不暢。空調室外機噪音大。

易水湖的景色那是沒得説，很棒！但是住宿條件非常差。首先房間很臟，馬桶都沒有打掃，全是尿，噁心極了。垃圾桶都是搖頭，這都能忍了，最不能接受的是晚上鬧耗子，滿地的跑，一晚上都沒怎麼睡，一直開着燈。早上早早退房開車就回家了！真是最差的一次旅行住宿！勸大家別來這家酒店住宿！

房間很不錯，直麪易水湖，但晚上睡覺不知道什麼東西總是嗚嗚的響，影響睡眠…其次沒電梯…其他還可以接受。
