Hotel staffs are very very friendly and helpful. They provide free transport to Hongcun and nearby restaurant recommended by them, good food, good service. There is also a very friendly cat near our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Hongcun.

沒有託，真情實意的評價。房間的好超出了預期，服務的好也超出了預期。我們住的2號樓，靠路邊，停車也方便。雖然在宏村外，但去宏村都是老闆老闆娘接送，省心省力。房間很新很智能，早餐也很豐盛～

來宏村旅遊能住到蜻蓮·奢·智享，真的太幸運了！從到村口開始就被老闆的熱情驚到，不僅開車來接，還主動幫忙提行李。房間完全是驚喜！設備嶄新，智能馬桶、電動窗簾滿滿的科技感，燈光和空調都能語音控制，徹底解放雙手。配套設施超齊全，爬山回來泡在超大浴缸裏，渾身的疲憊一下就沒了！床品柔軟，床墊軟硬適中，隔音也很好，每晚都能安心睡到天亮。老闆一家特別實在，不僅耐心推薦遊玩路線，還免費借小電驢方便我們四處遊玩拍照。離店時老闆又特意開車送到車站，服務貼心到讓人感動！下次來宏村一定還選這兒，必須安利給身邊的朋友！

老闆人特別好第一天到的早早上6點就到了老闆直接開了個400左右的房讓我們先休息等到下午預訂的那個房間收拾出來再讓我們搬進去衹收了我們保潔阿姨的錢良心老闆預訂的房間在4樓老闆和老闆娘一直在幫我們搬行李特別好

下了黃山來宏村住一晚，老闆娘提前聯繫我詢問情況，並幫我聯繫了拼車，司機師傅説這家民宿算這一片挺好的。入住後果然不失所望，老闆幫我提行李進房間，屋內整潔明亮，有歡迎水果和小零食，馬桶是帶沖洗的，洗護用品很全，床品舒服，還配有浴袍。拖鞋超級厚實，和之前住的五星度假酒店同款厚度！這點太貼心了😊此次特地訂了帶浴缸的房型，這個價位帶浴缸性價比很高，泡個澡可以有效緩解疲憊。早上老闆給我熱了早餐，清淡又營養。收拾完退房後老闆送我去了景區門口，結束時聯繫老闆娘還替我把行李送來，再送我到客運站。此次入住體驗感非常好，可以看出老闆和老闆娘很用心經營這家民宿，以後有機會再來這邊玩還會選擇你家。祝你們生意興隆！
