Service was amazing! Such kind and helpful staff! The train to hotel transfer was a life saver, and they were very responsive via WeChat message. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff helped chill our sparkling wine so we could enjoy it on the terrace 😍 So many little thoughtful gestures during our stay made us feel super well looked after! We will 100% be coming back. Thanks for everything! ❤️

無意間選中了這家酒店，雖然在山裡，雖然擺渡車碰巧壞了，趕上旅遊旺季，房價略貴了些，但是整體環境還是不錯，房間不是很大卻乾淨、緊湊，還有觀景露台，拉開窗簾，滿眼都是山景、竹林，心曠神怡！最讓人感動的是洗漱用品很是用心了，多少酒店的梳子都是塑料的，梳起來都扎頭皮，每次都是自帶梳子，這次木梳子是驚喜，牙刷也不是一次性的，老闆用心了，雖然半夜被報警器異響驚動了，但是就沖老闆在這份用心，必須評論一下，支持這樣用心做事的人

民宿位置很好，在大山裡，特別有感覺，是我們想要的環境，就是上下滙車不太方便！裏面的工作人員不管小哥哥還是小姐姐都特別的nice，我們帶了寵物每天出門幫我們照看寵物，還幫我們切水果，遇到一切問題找她們都不厭其煩的給我們解決，住的特別舒心，大人孩子都很喜歡這裏，有機會會再去的

一流酒店的設施標準，住在竹海深處的治癒感無可替代，服務也都超級貼心，和朋友借用餐廳打牌的時候，管家小哥還貼心的送來茶水打開音樂🎵民宿的伙食也相當不錯，最愛徽州炒飯和鮮筍，真的是按頭給朋友們安利的絕美民宿！

設施：一大家子入住三間房，房間有地暖，不過人多的時候，有個房間的地暖不是很穩定，大晚上管家也盡力協助處理了
衞生：房子有些年頭，不過衞生打掃的不錯，看了眼廚房也挺乾淨
環境：在木坑竹海景區內，環境沒得説，空氣清新
服務：老闆小姐姐很熱情，給我們升級了親子房，房間很贊。管家也會主動幫忙。新手開車進酒店需謹慎，都是衹能過一輛車的路

很久沒有住到這麼優質的民宿了，首先位置很好在山上，空氣新鮮，景色宜人。其次服務周到，民宿小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，正真做到了賓至如歸，另外還送了我們自製的點心和蜂巢蜜。最後是民宿的餐飲，菜的味道不錯，是本地特色菜。我是從小紅書上被種草的，親身體驗確實不錯！
