位置很好，去採購方便。飯店乾淨，早餐好吃，溫泉有個人及大衆池，小孩玩的開心，之後去宜蘭，可以再選擇這一家

CP 值非常高, 勝價比超高, 飯店裝飾有些歷史! 但很衛生, 房內溫泉浴缸大, 石砌浴缸泡溫泉很舒服，水溫和水量也大! 还附台灣早餐, 下次有機會再入住👍👍
整体房間還不錯，很舒適，從桃園機場坐客運巴士#1661號NＴ220 一個半小時便到礁溪轉車站，步行3分鐘便到酒店，回程返回板橋就在礁溪火車站；櫃檯服務人員態度非常溫馨，熱情招呼，服務不錯誠意滿滿，下次還有去礁溪的話，會再選擇入住雖然是比較老的飯店。

雖然是老飯店，設施不比新蓋的，但服務態度沒話說，入住送85度咖啡卷跟客運車票，雖然價值沒多少，但誠意滿滿，下次還有去礁溪的話，會再選擇入住
