飯店位置不錯，還有提供停車位（約15個位置），服務態度非常好
唯一美中不足的是房間老舊，有發霉的情況；早餐中式為主，西式選擇較少。

飯店隔音很差，隔了2間房間還可以聽到吵鬧聲音，晚上快11點請櫃台去跟他們說才比較安靜，而且樓上走路也聽的到，三更半夜也有其他聲音，早餐普通。

地點不錯,服務人員客氣良好,礁溪客旅飯店太多,經營不易應該鼓勵,建議早餐時間要提前一些,讓住店者可於餐後早些運用活動時間!

服務人員都很好👍推薦行程給我們，因為有小孩也提供很多方便給我們，非常感謝這三天的所有工作人員，地理位置也很好，下去就有一堆可以逛可以吃的地方，他們也有停車位，雖然位置不多，但是有提供已經很棒囉，附近過夜停車場一次就300，太可怕了😱！工作人員也都會熱心的幫忙引導，謝謝你們！

是間老飯店，浴室大但蓮蓬頭裝在浴缸上方，線路還短！所以只能沖完澡再蓄水泡澡，無法邊沖澡邊儲水，設計不太理想！隔音很差，隔壁大嬸聊天聽的很清楚！
