The location is good, about 5 minutes walk from Yilan Station. There is a night market right in front of the hotel, McDonald's directly below, and local food stores within walking distance, so you will never have trouble finding something to eat. There is a supermarket Pxmart just beyond the night market (on the west side). The room is spacious and clean. There is hot water in the shower. There is no washlet (even shower type) in the toilet. The breakfast is good. I'm not satisfied, but this is Taiwan, and there are breakfast restaurants everywhere.
