為父母預訂了這個房間，父母也很滿意。早餐雖然選擇不算很多，但很美味，最出色的是新鮮的牛肉湯，還有雪糕。

早餐食材太少，早餐時段11:00用餐到13:00，可是11:40就完全不補食材了，吃得很噢氣！很委屈! 花住宿費卻沒有得到應有的價值。 頂樓的星空酒吧值得去！可以俯瞰宜蘭環狀夜景！

服務與設施都很完善，早餐不錯美味，但是服務人員缺乏熱忱，如果能夠讓初訪的客人更貼心的服務，如熟悉環境與設施的使用，很多都荒廢的感覺！

這是一間非常新的酒店，環境非常優美，相信是全羅東最大最高的酒店了。我們住在20樓，早上巧碰上台灣25年來最大的發生了7. 2級大地震，房間內杯碟都砸到地上，搖到很犀利，但房間絲毫無損，相信是新酒店有防震設計。心想幸好選擇了新酒店。
酒店距離火車站大約5分鐘步程，附近有不少食肆。在火車站附近有租機車，大約台幣400元一天，算是平宜。因為新酒店緣故，酒店房間，公共設施也非常好。頂樓的 top roof 酒吧，原打算翌日才去，怎料地震後，除了早餐的餐廳外其他的餐廳都不能開。
要讚一下酒店內的員工，在地震後第一時間安撫客人，特別早餐帶位的那位女員工，她真的很用心和貼心照顧客人，還不斷向客人道歉因地震引致的不便。相信這是酒店用心經營才能培養出這麽好的員工。下次來羅東我也會入住村却。

是個失望的入住體驗。 房間隔音差，火車聲音非常明顯。 頂樓的酒吧更是一個悲劇，價錢不說，東西選擇少（吃的喝的都是），連管理也沒在管，弄得跟吃熱炒店一樣，旁邊大媽還放音樂集體唱歌。 房間硬體設施只能說普通。 最後，唯一優點早餐選擇很多還能吃到1點，但…服務生少到門口連一個人都沒有，要走進去叫人
